Kazuyoshi Yamagiwa

Senior Flame Compositor
From Tokyo. After graduating from Tokai University Faculty of Engineering, Optical Image Engineering in 2003, he starts his career in the video industry. After accumulating his career as a Flame artist at digital egg inc., Kazuyoshi joins Lola Visual Effects in Los Angeles in 2009, to work on projects like; "Captain America: The First Avenger", "Life of Pie", "Hugo", "Social Network", "Cloud Atlas", "The Walker", and many more. After returning to Japan in 2013, Kazuyoshi becomes a freelancer after his brief time at foton inc., and participates in NHK 's production, "Life’s Great Leap Forward" and "Protector of the Spirit". He then returns to the United States in April 2016 and is currently working as a Senior Flame Compositor at Lola Visual Effects.
Some of his works include, “X-Men: Apocalypse”, ”Doctor Strange”,”The Fate of the Furious”, “Bright “, “Avengers: Infinity War”, “Christopher Robin”, “Captain Marvel “, “Avengers: Endgame”, “See”, “Free Guy”.
In October 2020, with the concept of making video editing more fun and accessible, Kazuyoshi launches Skinworks, a plug-in for Adobe's AE, Pr, and OFX, and its vendor company digitalbigmo inc.
Masanori Obe

Senior Flame Compositor
Joined IMAGICA in 2001. Widely involved in movies, music videos, TV programs, and mainly online commercials. After leaving IMAGICA in 2012, he joins foton inc., where he is responsible for retouching commercials, movies, and online. At foton inc., Obe not only works on movie/CM Projects, but also learns about photo retouching as well. After leaving foton inc. in 2018, Obe joins CONNECTION. Currently engaged in commercials and WEB video production for Shiseido, Kao, Kanebo, Kose, P & G, POLA, L'Oreal, etc.

Mina Nakano
Senior Flame Compositor
From Tokyo.
Graduated from the Department of Painting, majoring in Japanese painting at Tama Art University.
Grows up watching stage performances and movies from an early age. When she was a student, she used to draw and paint, but decides to enter the world of TV Commercials with the desire to create videos for movies. She has advanced her skills in retouching by engaging in many cosmetics and other movies at digital egg inc.

After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration at Meiji University in 2004, studies at a vocational school for a year and enters the video industry.
After two years as a CG artist, Ryo started his career on the VFX management side.
After gaining experience in multiple productions, becomes independent as a freelance VFX producer in 2015.
Involved in a very diverse range of genres, such as movies, dramas, TV commercials, music videos, stage videos at LIVE venues, etc.
Major participation works in recent years include "Confidence Man JP Romance Edition", "Confidence Man JP Princess Edition", "End Roll of the Nameless World", "Naked Director", "Tokyo Ghoul", and "Tokyo Ghoul [S]".
Nobuaki “NOGA“ Nogamoto

2020年10月、digitalbigmoチームと共に会社を立ち上げ、海外展開をサポートする取締役役員として就任。
A copywriter and producer born in South Korea and raised overseas. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts, New York in 2016, NOGA establishes his first business in South Korea. After returning to Japan in 2017, NOGA engages in various international feature films as the producer of foton inc. International Business Division. After three years of experience, NOGA becomes an advisor to foton's new overseas division, and in 2020, he joins the advertising agency UltraSuperNew located in Harajuku, as a copywriter.
In October 2020, he starts the company with the digitalbigmo team and was appointed as a board member to support overseas expansion.
